What is NCA?
NCA or National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) assess the legal education and experience of candidates who have obtained their expertise outside of Canada or in a law program in Canada. Therefore, one can easily enroll in this conversion program to be a legal counsel in Canada. Although, you can work temporarily with a law firm as a law assistant or with any other legal profile but under supervision. However, if you crack the NCA exam then you will have to go through any law society (regulator) in the province or territory to get a license or practice law in court.
