We can divide these International entrance exams into two categories, the English language test, and the standardized test. Confused? In brief, we can say that the tests which are meant to validate your English language proficiency are English Language tests. Whereas, standardized tests refer to particular studies or skills. 1. IELTS
IELTS or The International English Language Testing System or IELTS is globally no.1 recognized exam for studying abroad, immigration, and international employment. GRE or Graduate Record Examination is a general exam for graduate school admission and is required by most of western countries. For example, Canada, Australia, and the USA. Although, most of the European countries do not require GRE. In addition, GRE is also administered by ETS or Educational Testing Service and it tests verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning and analytical writing. 5. GMAT
GMAT or Graduate Management Admission Test is another undergrad entrance examination that is administered by Graduate Management Admission Council. Hence, this test is also similar to GRE in nature and tests verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and analytical writing. Although, this exam is widely used for MBA admission by the world’s reading business schools in Canada, the USA, and Australia. Thus, admission for such studies requires a nice GMAT score.
